Yet to be built, this beautiful location and deserving clients needed a new family home. The existing home, although recently built, was the subject of poor construction practice and was in need of a significant repairs. Making the heartbreaking decision to demolish and rebuild extremely difficult and one which was not taken lightly. 

​

A rare opportunity at a stunning location with uninterrupted distant sea views, rolling hills and clients with the desire for something out of the ordinary - a designers dream. And, as ultra busy & time poor professionals - the couple made the decision to embark on the design process by entrusting me to manage and co-ordinate the design and consultants throughout.

 

The local government area dictated significant restrictions which required tricky negotiating to achieve a compliant design and subsequent planning approval. This will make a fabulous family home should time and resources permit.
